We have a team of dedicated support experts providing one to one telephone, fax, e-mail, remote support and on-site visit assistance Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm excluding bank holidays.
Our team has a wealth of experience built up over many years of providing first class customer service and advice. All our support staff regularly receive both internal and external training to ensure that they are fully equipped to answer all your support queries quickly and efficiently.
In addition to this, we monitor and record our incidents to ensure that we maintain the highest possible standards of service to our users and regularly carry out surveys to encourage feedback from our customers.
Customers under support are also entitled to free software updates which contain new and improved features designed to ensure that your software always remains up to date and relevant to your needs.
