Yes, it’s that time of year again!  We are expecting delivery of the Upgrade discs for Version 6.80 in the next few days.  For those of you who are still operating with Opera16 you will already have been advised that Pegasus will not be releasing an upgrade for your Payroll and you will need to make separate arrangements in order to file your statutory returns.

Our Operations Co-ordinator, or one of our consultants will be contacting you direct over the next two weeks to establish whether or not you require a site visit to assist you in your upgrade or whether you wish to carry out the upgrade yourself.  If you require a site visit then a date can be arranged during the call.

For those clients who wish for a site visit please bear in mind that as with previous years the upgrade can be carried out at any time in advance of the Year End.

For those clients who wish to carry out the upgrade themselves, full instructions will be sent out with the Upgrades.  Please bear in mind that this is an extremely busy period and whilst we will ensure that we maintain our support within the level of the SLA, we cannot guarantee an immediate response to any problems or questions arising.
