We were able to reveal during the course of the event the extensive additional features that Opera II includes and the online and automated end of year procedures available. We also demonstrated the different modules that can be used in conjunction with Opera II payroll such as XRL, the award winning excel reporting layer and Document Manager for the storage and quick identification and retrieval of documents online. Chris Parkinson (MD) was able to provide FIC with a free consultation to assess their requirements and demonstrate in further details the specific features of Opera II Payroll that interested them. With payroll and end of year procedures due to take place in April FIC were keen to have the system up and running before this date so that they could take advantage of the time and money saving features with in Opera II. With this in mind, we were able to implement a smooth transition between the two systems, including data transfer and training on Opera II by a member of our support team in February 2009.
