Front Line Support Consultant – Pegasus Opera
An opportunity is now available within Applied Business Solutions for a self motivating, efficient Front Line Support Consultant to join our existing Support team.
The chosen candidate can be based in either our Devon or Cornwall Office.
Ideal skills required
- Pegasus Opera II support or extensive Pegasus Opera II experience essential but all training will be provided.
- Previous support experience.
- Knowledge of accounting including purchase, sale and nominal ledgers
- Knowledge of commercial modules including SOP, POP, BOM and costing is an advantage.
- Understanding of manual and computerised payroll
- Computer literate and confident using MS windows, excel, word, outlook and the internet.
The role
- Installing, implementing, training and supporting our product range including Sage, Pegasus Opera and our own bespoke.
- Various document and management report designs
- Dealing with hotline support calls, and meeting contact time targets.
- Excellent role for ambitious hardworking person.
