Support

We understand the importance of having fully supported software. As such we have a fully qualified support team many of whom are accountancy trained, are on hand to answer your business software queries from Monday to Friday between 9.00am - 5.00pm, excluding public or bank holidays.

Dennis Alger heads our fully accredited centralised support team that is based in Newton Abbot. All calls are logged and distributed to the appropriate support staff through the support call co-ordinator, with priority going to those clients who have a current support contract.

We have a strong client base throughout the UK and support is available to all clients. We also have a branch office in St Agnes, Cornwall, providing rapid response when on-site visits are required.
